Ryan is quickly becoming one of my favorite clients, he's super laid back and also trusts me to think outside the box. He came to me with the idea of having a tree with a trinity knot on the top of it. I can't remember but I think he wanted this tattoo to represent his family. After a few sketches I decided I needed to try something a little more exciting. It can be pretty nerve wracking to show my clients their design, especially when they've waited months and months and most likely have already formed an idea in their head of what it's going to look like. So when I showed him his design and told him it would like a woodblock print with the trinity sign being stippled behind it, I'm sure he was pretty surprised. Luckily I have some of the best clients ever and I'm extremely thankful for it.
