Toby came to get this Maryland themed tattoo before he moved to St. Louis so that he could always have something that reminded him of home. He originally wanted the standard Maryland pride tattoo, the outline of the state filled in with the flag. I thought we could do something more and Toby was open minded enough to let me try something different and unique with the design. I had a blast doing this one.
