Dave Wah's appointment information:
MY BOOKS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED
I feel very fortunate to be in my current situation, with such a high demand for my work. It is extremely flattering and humbling to think so many people would allow me to tattoo them. My waiting list got flooded recently so I will need to hold off on accepting new clients until I complete the majority of projects on the list. If you have emailed me as of February 12th 2018, I will respond soon. Thank you for your patience and I appreciate your interest in getting tattooed by me.
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY ON THE LIST AND HAVE BEEN PATIENTLY WAITING FOR AN EXTENDED TIME, please email me and let me know. As the year has gone on I have been trying my best to get everyone in, however sometimes people accidentally get skipped over.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT , you are good to go. You still have your appointment spot.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I GET ON THE LIST?:
About once a year I open the books and accept new projects on the list. Please stay posted for future updates on my scheduling, I usually give an update a few months before opening my books.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY TATTOO?:
This is a tough question to answer. Some people get tattooed a month after being added to the list, some people end up waiting well over a year. Sometimes longer. I try my hardest to get everyone tattooed as soon as I can, but with hundreds of people on the list it can take some time. Patience is essential. An extended wait to get your appointment does not correlate with a lack of interest in me doing your tattoo. If you were added to the list it means I am excited to do your tattoo.

ONCE I’M ON THE LIST, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?:
Once your information is on the list, you are on the list. You’re all good. I don’t remove names or information unless someone specifically asks to be removed from the list. I only book out 2 months ahead of time, so every two months I contact the next clients in line to book their appointment. So basically your best bet is to be patient. I do not mind being contacted every once in awhile to check on the status of your potential appointment, however constantly emailing me will not expedite your appointment date.

I specialize in tattooing birds, dog portraits, animals (especially big cats), traditional landscapes, illustrated color portraits of celebrities, black and grey portraits from vintage photos, and vintage inanimate objects including automobiles and airplanes. I also tattoo a multitude of other subjects so if your idea isn't listed you can still send me an email to see if it's something I'm capable of doing.
